Another cooking experiment.
Last week, at the airport, I grabbed a quick meal. I was intrigued by these “pasta balls” in the menu, and decided to try them out.
At first, I was a bit unsure if I was going to like them, but after the first bite, I fell in love with the taste.
The ones I’ve ordered were filled with kale, mozzarella and macaroni, so I got my ingredients ready and tried to recreate them. Of course, this being my first attempt, they didn’t turn out perfect, but still really tasty!

Quick, cold and vegan.
The weather, even here in Brighton, is nice and warm. Yesterday the temperatures reached 29*C – something very unusual – so I felt like it was the perfect time to make a no bake, cold pie. It takes about 10 minutes to make, and an hour for it to be done.
I found the recipe here, but as usual mine has slightly different ingredients, and also a base for the crust.

Time to make another simple yet delicious dessert!
Today I realised I haven’t been posting sweet recipes in a little while, so I made sure to fix that. I wanted to come up with something all of you – or at least most, unless your are allergic to these ingredients – could make really quickly and be able eat.
I got inspired by this recipe, but as usual, I gave it twist. So here is how you make these tasty treats!

Let’s make some super easy sugarless (and vegan) cookies!
If you are craving something sweet, but you only have a few minutes and don’t want to eat an unhealthy snack out of your cupboard, here is something that might interest you.
This morning I wanted to make cookies, but without having to use a ton of sugar. I googled some recipes and decided to make my own, tweaking the ones I found a bit, and give it a go!

I tried something…
I absolutely LOVE Nutella, so much that today I realised my jar was empty. I was just done eating lunch and needed something sweet, but my cupboards are empty, so I decided to try and make a Nutella replacement. I think this would work great if you are vegan, but even if you are not, as it tastes very nice!
